What I Got: NEW Chicken Ranch Gordita 89¢
Taco Bell debuted this item on their Why Pay More Value menu just this week, so I figured I’d give it a shot.
As you can see from the picture, this gordita had A LOT of ranch dressing on it. In addition to the ranch dressing was Taco Bell’s typical seasoned chicken (they use it on their burritos and tacos) and also lettuce. I will say that the sheer amount of ranch dressing overpowered the gordita and the only way I knew everything else was in the sandwich was because I could physically see it and I could feel it in my mouth as I was chewing. So if you are a big fan of ranch and don’t really care about anything else, this is the item for you. Plus, when something is available for this little money, you almost have to go for it if you have a taste for ranch dressing.
Would I Buy It Again? Yes, if I was in the mood for something different. There’s nothing that really stands out about this item, but if you are looking for something outside the normal taco/burrito arena, this is worth a shot.
I will also admit that I’m not the biggest fan of ranch dressing, so this one was a stretch for me. Even with that said, I actually liked this. I will give Taco Bell some credit in the fact that the ranch dressing they put on this was warm ranch dressing because if they had put cold ranch dressing on this, it would have made it really disgusting. One improvement I would recommend is that Taco Bell add some fiesta salsa to this to give it an additional kick and flavor profile.

Dude, I like you. I really like you. But, for god’s sake, please stop eating this SHIT. It is bad for you and tastes like, well shit. Pack a lunch or shell out more for some decent grub. Don’t subject your body and your tatse buds to any more garbage. Everytime I think about eating fast food, I envison getting run over by a truck and that being my last meal. Do you want a taco from Taco Bell being last thing that purses your lips?
No, I wouldn’t mind it and I can think of a lot worse things.

I actually like eating fast food. If I were to die right now and the last thing that I ate was Taco Bell, I’d feel absolutely wonderful about it. It tastes way too good to worry about calories and how bad it is. I mean, all said and done I might as well have eaten a steak and some fries.
